Ryoute & Ryousoku Kasei: Signature technique of Sayajin Reklaw

The Ryoute Kasei seems to be a very easy technique, and the down-beat version of it at FS, located here, truly is an easy technique.  However, the way it was intended is far more complicated.  First off, you must be able to do the simple version with little or no effort.  Second, you must be highly skilled in the Kaio-Ken Technique.  This technique will take time to form into a highly useful technique, but once you have accomplished them, you will truly be a hard fighter to beat.

Ok, to start out, do the Kaio-Ken.  Go to the highest level you can.  Now, take all that energy and pump it ALL into your lower arm [elbow to fingers].  Now, set that energy ablaze.  The resulting Ki flame surrounding your forearms and hands will make any punch, strike, block, or pretty much any hand technique far more powerful.

This technique can be done on the feet as well, therefore transforming it from Ryoute Kasei to Ryousoku Kasei.  The energy in that case should be pumped into your lower leg [knees to toes].  That makes any kick, leg block, knees, heel stomp, or sweep far more powerful.

Now, as for the warnings:  There are dangers to this technique.  If done too long, it will leave your hands and/or feet utterly useless until which time the muscles rebuild themselves.  Now, your muscles won't eat away after just a little bit of this technique, but I do not recommend practicing it all day as I had to do during it's development.  Be careful, and train well.
